A graduate of ENS Cachan and the HEC, Lionel joined PMP in 2012 after initially gaining experience in consulting for the transport and infrastructures sector.
More recently, Lionel has extended his areas of intervention into rail, urban and inter-urban transport. He also focuses on developing PMP’s activities in new areas where mobility, digital and data intersect: intelligent transport systems, new mobility, Mobility as a Service, smart parking, connected and autonomous vehicles.
He provides advice and guidance to mobility operators, car manufacturers, public players, rail and road infrastructure managers, manufacturers and even corporate and public investment funds, in defining their development and diversification strategies as well as their transformation projects.
